Done being FAT!!!

Dear Friend,
          I’m done with being fat. I am going to fix it. My sister has done the meal planning for me (thanks sis), and a shopping list. This is part of my battle. The main reasons I stay fat is for the cushion. Form what is hurting.
          I need to know what I’ve been hurting from over the years. It can’t revolve around the ex-hubby. I was large before him. I’ve been large even when I was a child. I know everyone think, its genetics or you were taught bad eating/exercising habits.” Blah! I AM AN ADULT NOW!!! It is my responsibility to change scripting to eating badly or genetics. It is my own fault, not anyone or anything else’s. I can change this scripting.
          Write it down to keep myself accountable for my actions. Leaving room for wiggle, but plan what  to be doing when.
Hum, this is a very dry blog. Sorry. I know it will help me succeed if I write it down and hold myself accountable. Here is a list of my goals! Most do not involve the weight loss. They will affect it because of the mental effort with losing weight. I will be more specific about each goal and the new goals later. This is a good start for me.
1.    Change my eating habits
2.    Change my exercise habits.
3.    Become more time organized.
4.    Get a decent job.
5.    Pay off bills.
6.    Go to college.
7.    Learn to communicate more efficiently
